  • Worked for 20 years in an MSME-registered software company serving central and state government educational and recruitment departments.
  • Managed post-exam result processing, OMR data analysis, student RTI requests, and data reporting.
  • Collaborated with institutions such as Burdwan University, Jadavpur University, HAL, Tripura SERT, JEXPO, NMMS, NMDC, MAKAUT, and Kolkata High Court.
